Lindsey Stevens was born in Sydney to parents with American and Canadian heritage, before moving to Australia as a child.
He lived on a ranch in Texas from eight-to-10-years-old, but harbours ambitions to play for Canada. Stevens went to school at well-known rugby nursery Waverley College in Sydney’s east. Stevens played with Shute Shield Easts in Sydney after graduating high school before earning an opportunity to return to the USA. The rake played for the Houston SaberCats in 2018, playing five games for the Texas side. He was signed to NOLA Gold for 2020 in MLR before the coronavirus ultimately forced the competition’s cancellation for 2020.
Stevens is on the comeback trail after a major knee injury in May, 2021 cut short his debut season for the Giltinis. He prove a busy, efficient player in the games he played.
